Adhering to a overwhelming number of customer requests, we have finally opened up ‘soon to be launched’ and ‘out of stock’ products for pre-ordering.
We value your Pre-Order request immensely and strive to dispatch it within 30-days of order placement. However, since we manufacture our products in fixed cycles or batches, we do not guarantee a delivery date.
In case, you wish to cancel the pre-order at any point before dispatch, we would request you to write to us on support@scarters.com. We would process your request and refund your entire amount within 4-6 working days.
In case, you cancel the order after product dispatch, we will refund your amount by deducting Rs. 250 shipping charges.
You can arrange a pick-up with us at an additional cost.
