Return & Refund Policy


At Scarters, we take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not entirely happy, we offer an easy and transparent return process.

1. Return Window


• You may return your product within 15 days from the date of delivery.

• Free Returns apply to the product value only.
(Please note: COD charges are non- refundable.)

2. Eligibility for Returns


• The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all tags, accessories, and the original invoice.

• Do not accept delivery if the packaging appears damaged or tampered with.

• In case you receive a damaged or defective product, or if any item/accessory is missing, please notify us via email or call within 24 hours of delivery.

3. Non-Returnable Items


• Products that have been used, personalised, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return.

• Sale, clearance, or promotional items cannot be exchanged or returned.

4. Value Sets & Promotional Items


• Products purchased as part of a value set must be returned in full. Partial returns of individual items from a set are not accepted. Refunds will be processed only once all the items of the set are recieved.

• Any items received as part of a promotional offer must be returned along with the primary product. Refunds will be processed only once both the primary product and the promotional item(s) are received.

5. Return & Refund Process


• Once we receive your return package, it will undergo a Quality Check (QC) at our warehouse.

• After QC approval, your refund will be initiated within 24 hours.

• Refunds generally reflect in your original payment source within 5–7 business days.

• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, our support team will contact you for your bank details, and the refund will be processed within 7 business days after QC approval.

Pleae note, refunds will be processed only to a bank account that matches the name mentioned on the order. In cases where the details do not match, the refund will be placed on hold until the correct information is provided and verified.

Important Notes


• Only products purchased directly from our official website (www.scarters.com) are eligible for return through us.

• For items purchased through authorised retailers, partners, or online marketplaces, please contact them directly for returns.

Shipping


1. Complimentary express shipping is offered on all your orders.

2. Orders placed before 12pm, noon are dispatched the same day.

3. All products are dispatched from Pune and delivered across India within 3–7 business days with globally trusted logistics partners.

4. Customers in Pune may avail same-day delivery on pre-paid orders valued above ₹5,000 only.

5. Tracking details are shared once your order is dispatched.

Cancellation

2. Please note:

• Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.

• Refunds for prepaid orders are processed within 24 hours of cancellation.

• The refunded amount will reflect in your account within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank’s processing time.
