Return, Refund & Exchange Policy:

• Scarters is committed to deliver to you high-quality, thoughtfully-designed premium products. However, if you happen to receive a damaged product or the product that you did not place an order for, we initiate a pick-up and deliver a brand new product at your doorstep. These orders cannot be cancelled.

• For damaged products, read the Warranty section on the page below.

• However, if you receive the product in perfect condition and you do not like it and wish to return our product due to any subjective / unknown reason you may initiate a return request by writing to us on support@scarters.com within 48 hours of order delivery and we will arrange a pick-up for the same.

• Once we receive the product, we will run a quality control check and refund the full amount by deducting Rs. 400 as Pick-up & Return charges. Any damage to the product will disqualify you for a refund and we will not be able to re-ship the old product back to you.

 

Warranty:

• All Scarters products come with a six month manufacturing warranty.

• The warranty provided for herein applies only to the first purchaser or gift recipient of the product. This warranty covers only manufacturing defects and does not cover any damage caused by misuse - such as over-stuffing of products or carrying sharp items that causes tears, transportation of unusual items, neglect, accidents, abrasion, exposure to extreme temperatures, solvents, acids, transport damage or general wear and tear of the product like peeling of paint, fading of colour, etc.

• If the product is to be replaced and the product is no longer available, we will substitute a comparable Scarters product. Or you may choose a product of your choice from our current collection of equivalent amount or lesser. Requests for balance amount refunds will not be entertained.

• The warranty provided herein is limited to the value of the product.

• To claim the warranty, email us at support@scarters.com with subsequent photographs. If the photographs does not justify your claim, we will request you to ship the product to us and if the replacement is qualified, we will refund the shipping charges.

• You can arrange a pick-up with us at an additional cost.

 

Pre-Order Terms & Conditions:

• Adhering to a overwhelming number of customer requests, we have finally opened up ‘soon to be launched’ and ‘out of stock’ products for pre-ordering.

• We value your Pre-Order request immensely and strive to dispatch it within 30-days of order placement. However, since we manufacture our products in fixed cycles or batches, we do not guarantee a delivery date.

• In case, you wish to cancel the pre-order at any point before dispatch, we would request you to write to us on support@scarters.com. We would process your request and refund your entire amount within 4-6 working days.

• In case, you cancel the order after product dispatch, we will refund your amount by deducting Rs. 250 shipping charges.

• You can arrange a pick-up with us at an additional cost.

 

Colours and Materials:

• We try our best to accurately display the colours and tones of all the Scarters products on the website. However, please note that the actual colours you see depend on your screen and might display slight variations.

• Our products are made from a variety of synthetic and natural materials. Therefore, so some variations in materials and colours may be evident and is not to be deemed as a defect.

• We reserve the right to change details on products or photos of products without prior notice.
